Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Local Delivery (Kuwait):

• Orders within Kuwait are delivered same day or next day depending on the time of order.

• You will receive a confirmation message once your order is out for delivery.

• GCC Delivery:

• Orders across GCC countries (e.g. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) take 3–5 business days to arrive.

• Worldwide Delivery:

• International orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on customs and courier delays.

• Shipping Delays:

• SAS (Sugar and Spice) is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs clearance.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for delivery/shipping charges when returning or exchanging an item.

• Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Exchange or refund approval depends on the condition of the item once received.

• Sale, discounted, or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
