Local Delivery (Kuwait)

* Orders within Kuwait are delivered within 1–10 business days, depending on order volume and your location.
* You will receive a confirmation message once your order is out for delivery.

GCC Delivery

* Orders to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) are delivered within 1–2 weeks.

Worldwide Delivery

* International orders are delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on customs processing and courier delays.

Shipping Delays

* SAS (Sugar and Spice) is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
* Delivery times are estimated and may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or high shipping volumes.

Return & Exchange Policy

* Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.
* To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
* Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
* Approval of refunds or exchanges is subject to the condition of the returned item.
* Sale, discounted, customized, or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
